Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (f/m/d) to be responsible for enhancing our customers’ experience with our product. You will take complete ownership of addressing product-related issues and provide exceptional solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

This is a part-time position based in our Vienna office or within a commutable distance to the office.

Some of the things you’ll work on:
  • Be the daily go-to person for our customers, ensuring their seamless experience with our fully-integrated data platform.
  • Swiftly identify, categorise and troubleshoot customer issues, providing effective resolutions with clear and concise communication.
  • Reproduce issues in the test environment and provide relevant information to product and engineering teams.
  • Proactively document recurring customer cases and solutions in our internal FAQ and Help Centre.
  • Join our collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams and following escalation paths to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Empower our customers to make the most of our application, elevating their professional experience.
We’re excited if you have:
  • 1-2 years experience in a support role using a customer service ticketing tool, ideally in a SaaS company.
  • Ability to independently analyse and troubleshoot customer cases and deliver instructions to a non-technical audience.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in information technology or a similar field.
  • Dedication to solve problems and continuously improve customer satisfaction.
  • Research skills and ability to gather information to support operational decisions.
  • Outstanding communication skills in English (written and verbal), German is a plus.
  • Being a team player with a strong willingness to learn and discover new technologies.
Nice to have:
  • Experience with Zendesk.
  • Exposure to web technologies like API, Python and SQL.
  • Interest in learning and discovering new technologies.

If this position is filled in Vienna, the minimum salary denoted for legal reasons and according to the collective agreement (IT KV) for a full-time position is 31.122. In any case, we offer competitive salaries depending on your qualifications and experience.
