Clinical Operations Training Specialist (part-time, 20 hours/week)

The Training Manager within Clinical Operations will be responsible for managing project/trial specific trainings and acts as Valneva training coordinator for Clinical Operations. He/she will also ensure Sponsor Oversight of trainings at CROs.

We are looking for an ambitious trainer personality in part-time (20 hours/week) with the following

Responsibilities

• Act as Valneva training coordinator for Clinical Operations as defined in Valneva s Training SOP
• Project/trial specific trainings at Valneva:
  Develop and update training matrix
  Contribute to training system-set und writing of respective SOP
  Maintain training status oversight
  Monitor compliance of project/trial specific training requirements
  Keep related documentation
• Sponsor Oversight of outsourced clinical trials:
  Review and approve CROs training matrix
  Monitor CRO amp; study site training status
  

Requirements

• Good GCP knowledge
• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in clinical research
• Clear communication skills, oral and written
• Strong organizational skills

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is 33.000,00 gross per year based on full-time employment. However our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
