About the role
Your role will encompass the following key responsibilities:
- Supporting the strategic direction and development of our enterprise operations platform, ensuring end-to-end processes for the entire business across more 17+ countries. This includes integrating with a custom developed platform and SAP systems.
- Analyzing and enhancing our IT architecture to align with cutting-edge business processes.
- Coordinating with external IT providers to manage the development and support of our applications.
- Planning, coordinating, and executing improvement projects, taking full ownership from inception to completion.
You will have the opportunity to work in the following locations: Munich, Berlin, Rhine-Neckar Region, or the option of a home office combined with a willingness to travel as needed. This provides flexibility and ensures that you can work from a location that suits your preferences while also accommodating the requirements of the role.
Requirements
- Advanced conceptual and analytical skills, allowing for innovative problem-solving and strategic thinking.
- A degree in Business Informatics, Computer Sciences, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in IT projects or delivery project execution, demonstrating a strong understanding of IT concepts
- Abstract thinking coupled with a pragmatic and hands-on work approach, enabling effective implementation of ideas and solutions.
- Strong willingness to collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams, fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German, facilitating clear and effective communication across diverse stakeholders.
- EU working permit required to be eligible for employment.
- Optional: Experience with ERP solutions and complex integrations, as well as prior exposure to SAP software such as SAP S/4 HANA, SAP R3, SAP SuccessFactors, providing additional value to the role.
