Requirements
- You understand brands, their role in society and how their culture and business have to be relevant for consumers at each step along the customer journey.
- You are enthusiastic about social media and digital technology.
- You will support developing impactful content strategies and are responsible for execution and creative output of a broad variety of high-profile consumer brands in different industries from fashion over food amp; beverage to sustainability and health start-up.
- You can develop ad-hoc creative ideas from trends and insights and are a sparring partner who is able to transfer in-depth knowledge to the team and client in an accessible way.
- You are able to flexibly switch your point of view, from brand to team to target audience.
- With your forward thinking and innovative mindset you’re an inspiration for both client and team.
- You master the combination of creative concept, aesthetic design, brand storytelling and social media trends amp; formats.
- You can create pitch-perfect presentation decks and are a strong communicator.
- You enjoy planning and executing creative and strategic workshops with clients to re-evaluate and plan their social media channels and content together.
- You are a self-starter who is always willing to learn new things and push boundaries proactively.
- You are experienced with social-first content productions and know how to creatively work with and lead people on set.
- You work solution-driven and you can stay hands-on and pragmatic in high pressure situations.
- You love to collaborate with fellow digital experts and are open to hear other people’s input and perspectives.
- You are able to structure your and your team’s work to meet deadlines and handle a high volume of work.
- You have a minimum of 5 years past digital agency and/or senior creative experience working with high-profile, international brands.
- You have a minimum of 2 years team leadership experience.
- Fluent English and German language skills are required.
