About the Job
- Contract: Part-time (10- 20h/week)
- Salary: We offer a minimum annual gross salary of 30,000 based on a full-time 100% position. The salary is pro-rated for part-time hours, commensurate with experience and qualifications, following industry standards.
- Location: 100% remote
What you will do
- Serve as the first point of contact, addressing and resolving customer support inquiries and tester requests promptly and effectively
- Utilize your expertise to lead customers through the intricacies of utilizing Userbrain to its fullest potential, offering valuable insights and step-by-step guidance.
Requirements
What you offer
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, answering customer support tickets
- You speak excellent English and thoroughly enjoy close contact with customers
- You are passionate about User Experience
- You have the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- You enjoy working in a Startup - previous experience in a Startup is excellent, but not a must.
