Lauda Europe is a Maltese Airline part of the Ryanair Group, which offers wet-lease and charter services. We now seek to expand our HR team who will be based in our Schwechat (Vienna, Austria) support office, travelling regularly to our Malta Headquarters as well as our operational bases across Europe.
The Role
Reporting directly to the General Manager - Administration, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Supporting and advising management at all levels across the business on HR related matters.
- Co-ordination with, and oversight of, crew to ensure compliance with Lauda Europe policies and procedures.
- Prepare reports and analysis to support the Lauda Europe HR function.
- Responsibility for employee contracts in designated bases.
- Prompt and efficient responses to employee queries.
- Proactive communications to employees in allocated bases.
Requirements
- You must hold the right to live amp; work in the EU.
- HR / Business degree or equivalent experience.
- +2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (C1+ or native speaker).
- Additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organisational amp; interpersonal skills.
- The ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility and availability to travel.
- PC Skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Power point etc).
- And finally, you must be a team player with a good sense of humour!
