We’re on the lookout for an exceptionally talented and seasoned Directing Director of Photography (DoP) to join our dynamic production team. We’re not just seeking someone to capture footage; we’re in search of a talent who crafts visual masterpieces. Your mission is to elevate raw scenes into immersive works of art, pushing the boundaries of what is possible and laying the groundwork for content that not only keeps up with trends but establishes new ones.

Requirements
- Your unique style meets adaptability across diverse brands and video projects.
- Your understand the heartbeat of fast-paced social platforms, translating concepts into visually compelling content and savored in a world that never stops scrolling.
- You work closely with our creative team to translate concepts into visually stunning video content that sparks conversations and captivates audiences.
- You excel in on-set resource planning and equipment technical equipment selection as well as responsible for its selection and usage.
- You are able and experienced in working with RED cinema and Sony cameras or even the iPhone, setting up (studio) lightning and GoPro grip, as well as recording audio alongside filming if needed.
- You have a strong ability to deliver the best shots even in unforeseen or difficult situations on set or under high pressure.
- You deliver finished videos to diverse standards, including Audio Mixing, SFX, motion design, mastering, and color grading. Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, Premier Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- You are responsible for logging all your video footage and have knowledge of file formats, video standards, signals, and compression for optimum online usage.
- You deliver finished videos to diverse standards, including Audio Mixing, SFX, motion design, mastering, and color grading. Proficient in DaVinci Resolve, Premier Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite.
- You’d describe yourself as a self-starter who is willing to learn new programs, work with new technology and push boundaries.
- You are a collaborator and can work under tight deadlines, managing a high volume of projects simultaneously.
- Experience working within an agency setting is a plus.
- A willingness to travel for productions on a regular basis.
- Excellent English language skills, German is a plus.
