Management Trainee Overview

• Structured management trainee programme with specific learning and performance goals and average completion time: 10.5 months.
• Gain hands-on experience in various areas: customer service, sales, business management, and finance.
• Part of one of our 200 teams across Germany, actively involved in day-to-day branch operations with early responsibility and decision-making opportunities.
• Focus on customer service with training in effective communication and conflict resolution.
• Learn sales techniques and problem-solving strategies for customer-oriented discussions.
• Responsible for developing new business and maintaining existing relationships.
• Involvement in fleet planning, cost control, and analysis of branch profit and loss statements.
• Development into a successful manager with skills in motivating, developing, and supporting team members.

Requirements

• University degree or several years of professional experience.

• Motivated, show initiative and want to take on responsibility.
• An unlimited work permit in Germany.
• A valid German driving license and 1 year of driving experience.
• A maximum of 3 points in the driving fitness register (FAER) in Flensburg and no notes in your driving record from the last 5 years due to alcohol or drug offenses.
• Fluent in German (English is desirable)
