We team up with leaders and our crew to unlock their superpowers, making magical things happen for our clients. We don’t just handle HR stuff; we’re also co-pilots on the success rocket for the team we support.

Requirements
Assisting our two buckets in people and culture team (people services and business partners)
- Talent Management
- Craft and juggle job ads like a pro. (better than this one!)
- Assist in orchestrating the recruiting circus end to end.
- Tag teaming with the business partners.
- Dive into direct sourcing such as conquering LinkedIn like a pro, and some social media magic to fill up the talent reservoir.
- Coordinate university shindigs like a party planner.
- People Services
- Master different types of contracts like a pro.
- Make official certificates like a piece of cake.
- Assist the people services team to reign over HR admin and all its quirks.
- You’re the buddy for all payroll, benefits, hris matters.
- You master HR data like a champ while
- You obsess why the font is not the same size?!
- Detail is your middle name, and you tackle work with a hands-on swagger.
A bit of school rules: Start a fulltime job with an interest to gain HR related experience and a wave of linguistic flair in German? Easy peasy. English? A walk in the park for your situation.
