Role and responsibilities:

- Delivering reports and data driven recommendations to evaluate live solutions and communicate complex data orally, in writting or using visual media

- Providing data from internall database in order to create custom reports (based on individual customer requests)

- Diagnosing issues with existing platform configurations

- Close collaboration with product team on improving user experience of insights dashboards

- Close collaboration with customer team on customer reviews / QBR / optimization plans

- Creating knowledge base based on collected data - category level / industry level

- Delivering reports for management on a regular (and ad hoc) basis

Requirements

- Experience with SQL

- Experience of an and an understanding of using Google Analytics

- Experience using Google Tag manager (would be a plus but not a necessity)

- A STEM degree is a necessary requirement
