Scrum Master (m/f/x)

Kaleido is hiring an experienced Scrum Master (m/f/x) with a strong focus on project and process management, to support our growing product teams to consistently ship innovative and qualitative visual AI software. Our products remove.bg and unscreen.com are the market-leading solutions for automated background removal with Artificial Intelligence, used by millions of users every day.

• Guiding and coaching 2-3 Scrum teams on how to use Agile practices and principles to deliver high quality products and services to our users and customers
• Getting the team to a high performing level by recognizing areas of strength and improvement, employing appropriate coaching and development techniques
• Responsible for ensuring Scrum is well understood and the team adheres to Scrum theory, practice, and guidelines
• Coaching the Scrum team in self-organization, cross-functional skill set, domain knowledge and communicating effectively, both internally and externally working within the Scrum team
• Working with Scrum teams, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to influence and drive decision making and support organizational projects and product teams
• Resolving team impediments to increase the effectiveness of the application of Scrum in the organization
• Facilitating all scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field and at least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a similar role
• Ability to analyze amp; think quickly and to resolve conflict
• Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
• Experience with successful Agile techniques
• Excellent people and project management skills
• Outstanding communication skills, interpersonal and mentoring skills
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated, structured and ability to stay focused in a fast-changing environment
• Perfect English and intermediate German skills
• Passion for AI, technology and photography/video production
• Must have work-permit for Austria

• 38.5 h/week
• The minimum salary for this position is 55.000 gross per year or more, depending on your qualifications and experience
