You know how to support international brands with their digital transformation, while at the same time are ready to support small companies and want an active role in doing so.
We are looking for a person who has a solid and deep knowledge in at least one area listed below, but who is equally willing to take on new challenges. You will support companies not only with one-off digital projects, but also with long-term digital product development within complex digital ecosystems.
Requirements
- Solving problems by research, prototyping, user-testing and growth-hacking to create and continuously improve innovative digital products amp; services.
- Creating strategies amp; concepts for digital products amp; services and advising clients in relation to concept, design, technical implementation, execution and activation in order to achieve foresight and tangible results.
- Envisioning and prototyping seamless multichannel services which combine the best of digital and analogue worlds.
- Leading and holding virtual amp; face-to-face workshops and design sprints with different groups of people.
- Ability to manage and optimize website and App concepts to achieve exceptional and innovative results by supporting clients along the whole service development process.
- Excellent brand understanding combined with a passion for business strategy and organisational development.
- Keeping track of projects, timings and needed resources in all situations and even owning whole projects temporarily, when required.
- You have a minimum of 3 years’ digital agency and/or consulting experience in one or more of the fields above.
- You are ready to take full ownership for assigned clients and projects for digital consulting.
- You have fluent German and English skills.
