Do you want to work closely with our design and development teams to create and continuously improve upon digital products for our international clients? Are you an excellent communicator and skilled at keeping a clear overview of a complex design and development process? This is your chance to join the LOOP team and become an integral part of the product management and development process and work closely with our clients.
Requirements
- Ability to flourish in a hands-on culture and ready to take on full ownership for assigned clients and projects.
- Have profound client consulting expertise to build a strong long-term relationship with our clients and consistently manage client expectations ensuring delivery of highest quality product.
- Ability to keep track of projects, budgets, timings and needed resources in all situations.
- Be able to work collaboratively with the clients BO and POs in order to create the best product possible.
- In-depth understanding of both web and app development processes as well as data base structures.
- You have an eye for great UX and have experience working with UX / UI Designers.
- You can clearly summarise client expectations into succinct design and development briefings.
- Exceptional project management skills and experience in agile methodologies such as SCRUM.
- Excellent Jira amp; Confluence skills.
- Strong teamwork, and collaboration skills that support cross-disciplinary teams.
- Be a strong and proactive communicator, in both written and verbal forms.
- Love to work collaboratively and on eye-level with international clients and within an international team.
- You are a quick learner and eager to expand your knowledge base.
- You have minimum 3 years’ digital agency and/or project / product management experience.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
