There's a lot that goes into "making complex look simple", which is why we're looking for a HR Operations Intern to join our HR Team in Austria. This is a unique opportunity to work with our team of open-minded, genuinely caring professionals with many different backgrounds.


WHAT WILL YOU DO?

As a HR Operations Intern at Zoovu, you will be reporting directly to our HR Advisor (based in Austria, Vienna) and contribute in realizing various projects. Your main tasks will be:

  • You will gain experience in the implementation of HR administration
  • You will learn about ongoing national and international HR projects
  • You will support the team in preparing reports on HR-relevant topics
  • You will master challenging tasks around the Employee Life Cycle in a fast-paced and digitalized environment

Requirements

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

It is definitely you we're looking for, if you:

  • are currently enrolled at a University or "Fachhochschule"
  • have an academic focus on HR or economics
  • are highly proficient in MS Office (especially MS Excel)
  • proactive self-starter with a positive, service-oriented mindset, and a desire to learn and grow
  • can handle working under tight deadlines in a fast-pace tech environment
  • excellent English written and verbal communication skills paired with ease to find the right words

  • Your help amp; support is awarded with a salary of EUR 1.400 gross (full time basis)
