Job Description
PriceHubble is a PropTech company, set to radically improve the understanding and transparency of real estate markets based on data-driven insights. We aggregate and analyze a wide variety of data, run big data analytics and use state-of-the-art machine learning to generate stable and reliable valuations and predictive analytics for the real estate market. Role
We are currently looking for an end-of-study intern to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in our recruitment activities. Your responsibilities will include:
- Searching potential candidates through different channels (Linkedin, workable, Xing)
- Prequalification of candidates
- Redaction of interview reports in our recruitment platform tool
- Constructing and publishing job descriptions
- Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
- Assisting the HR team in gathering market salary information
- Support our Senior People Manager in other HR tasks (assisting with researching and gathering materials for various HR workshops, policies and guidelines and assisting in planning of company events)
Requirements
We are looking for a student who is graduating on Bachelor or Master level with the ambition to make a career within a startup/scale-up tech organization.
- People-oriented with excellent communication skills
- Excellent administrative and organizational skills
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable to work in an international environment
- Fluent in German and English
- Experience in recruitment is appreciated
- Experience working for a small organization is a plus
