We are the fastest growing marketplace for refurbished electronics in the German-speaking region and are based in Vienna. Through our marketplace, completely renewed electronics like phones, laptops and tablets that are 40% cheaper and 100% more sustainable are sold to consumers.

We founded the company in February 2017 and grew to more than 100 team members in less than three years and expanded to Italy, Poland and further European countries already. Along the way we won several awards, completed two large funding rounds and have already sold hundreds of thousands of products, which makes us one of the fastest growing startups in Europe right now. Represented by 20 different nationalities, our team has extensive international experience in the refurbishment industry, how to create a brand and how to scale a marketplace.

The People Operations department empowers, supports and motivates their team members in their day-to-day work with the aim to grow within refurbed. The team is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter (m/f/x).

Together, we want to build the leading marketplace for refurbished electronics in Europe.

Requirements

• You hold a degree in HR Management, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology or similar
• You exclusively have at least 3-4 years of proven work experience in Recruiting
• You are an expert in conducting interviews for several roles in the fields of Marketing, Engineering, Design, Product, etc.
• You are extremely analytical and like working based on scientific principles
• You love tracking recruiting activities using KPIs
• You are familiar with sourcing candidates using different platforms (e.g. Linkedin) and provide a solid knowledge of sourcing techniques
• You are all about candidate experience enthusiast and are up-to-date with the newest amp; best approaches to provide an excellent journey
• You are fluent in English and German
• You don’t use the term That doesn’t work
• You care about the world and want to spend your time making a difference

• You are a recruiting expert independently supporting your own recruiting projects with a focus on positions on a teamlead level
• You coordinate briefing meetings, decide on the appropriate search strategy, conduct interviews and make the decision together with the hiring managers
• Your act as a sparring partner to our hiring managers and support them in their hiring strategy and the selection process
• Your second name is "talent hunter". You know the best tricks on how to detect talents in famous sourcing tools like LinkedIn
• You ensure a first class candidate experience by providing timely feedback and transparent communication throughout the whole recruitment process
• You are keen to further develop and strengthen refurbed's candidate experience
• You hire the best talent regardless of race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, (...) and actively manage potential bias
• You support or take the lead for further HR projects (e.g. employee benefits, employer branding, events, ...)

• You have experience working in a fast growing startup
• You are familiar with Boolean search as a sourcing method
• You have an understanding of HR automation

For legal matters we state that the minimum wage for this position is 45,000 gross per year. However, depending on your qualification a higher salary obviously is very likely.
