Tasks and Responsibilities
- Management, coordination and preparation of internal and external Audits
- Collection, preparation and creation of audit material and audit readiness packages
- Understand customer needs and requirements to develop effective quality control processes
- Devise and review specifications for products or processes
- Set detailed guidelines on what needs to be checked and what the quality standards are
- Determine quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures

Requirements
- Experienced IT Quality Manager in manufacturing environment
- Proven experience as quality manager
- Conscientious and responsible
- A keen eye for detail and a results driven approach
- Outstanding communication skills
- Streamline production meeting company quality criteria
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- In depth understanding of quality control procedures and relevant legal standards
- Full/native proficiency in German, fluency in English
- Previous work experience as a Quality Engineer or similar role
