Tasks and Responsibilities

• 1st line User support for incidents and tasks
• Support to central team for Servers, Networks and Backup administration
• Configuration, installation and support of Computers and Phones
• Updating of IT Documentation
• Vendor liaison
• Support for Office and Industrial technology environment

Requirements

• Must be able to communicate in English and German verbally and in written form
• In depth knowledge of O365, Outlook Exchange and AD
• Experience of Windows server environment, VMWare
• Two years minimum 1st line support
