• be an active part in establishing this new high end consulting practice at CELUM
• consult Global Fortune 2000 customers on digital strategies and business models around content and experience
• create concepts for digital solutions based upon CELUM’s technology and let our customers exploit their full potential
• engage proactively in actual customer projects by guiding and consulting project management and process consultants, from CELUM and its Partners alike
• collect insights from customers and engage with strategic product management to further product superiority
• collaborate with our executive team on process innovation and further development of our consulting services
• identify business opportunities in the space of content creation, management and routing by establishing customer relations in addition to the customer engagement team, guide and direct other customer focused elements of CELUM
• coach colleagues with your inspiring leadership and help them grow in their personal and professional development
• be a part of CELUMs outstanding, experienced Senior Management and Consulting Teams

Requirements

• professional experience in digital strategy consulting that you have gained in a innovative Digital Agency or as an inhouse business consultant at a large organization
• specific experience around
  • enterprise marketing processes
  • content experience management
  • martech ecosystems
  • marketing team processes
• specific Experience in Digital Asset Management or Team Work Management is not required
• excellent communication skills in German and English (both spoken and written)
• a customer centric, analytical and process-oriented mindset
• ability of and joy from working in a team
