As a Facility Assistant you help with overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of our buildings and ensure a smoothly running daily business at our LOOP offices in Austria. You have an array of responsibilities ranging from office work to smaller handyman duties and furthermore assist with maintaining all equipment and inventory. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform duties required to keep equipment, systems, buildings and grounds ready for use.
- Coordinate tasks for external vendors such as electricians, painters and plumbers.
- Carrying out periodic health and safety checks.
- Building a close relationship with the Office Management to ensure the smooth running of the business.
- Logging and reporting all technical faults and arranging all office equipment fixtures.
- Cooperate with our production team and assist in daily tasks.
- Maintain an inventory of all equipment at the Salzburg and Vienna offices.
Requirements
- You have a good time management and excellent organizational skills.
- You are a team player and approach everything with the willingness to ‘muck in’ when required.
- You are a proactive and responsive personality.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Driving licence B is required.
