UX/UI Designer (f/m/d)

We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to design software and platforms that meet people’s needs. You will always start with understanding our customers' needs and will helping us to find strategic solutions by contributing in and analysing user research. You are responsible for creating UX concepts and pixel-perfect UI designs. In this role you should be an analytical and creative designer who is able to grasp user needs and solve problems. A strong portfolio of successful UX concepts and UI designs deliveries are essential. Ultimately, you will make our product more user-friendly and intuitive to attract and retain customers.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to all aspects including user and market analysis, ideation and concepting, designing and testing of delivered solutions
• Develop low-fidelity wireframes, user flow diagrams and customer journeys around customer needs
• Find creative and innovative ways to solve UX problems (e.g., usability, findability)

• Creating prototypes and conducting usability tests
• Design intuitive high-fidelity, pixel-perfect UI designs
• Maintaining the consistency of the existing Design system
• Partner closely as a member of the Design Guild with developers, QA, and product managers to rapidly iterate designs based on user feedback, tech constraints, and market dynamics

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer (bonus in SaaS industry)
• Ability to design and conduct research studies like Usability test - i.e., ability to frame key questions, identify potential solution options for a stated user need and design experiments that help elicit the most viable solution for users
• Demonstrated skills in creating wireframes, user flows, information architecture, customer journeys, prototypes, and other UX deliverables with tools such as Miro and Sketch
• Excellent Interaction Design skills

• Delivery of pixel-perfect and ready to implement designs with Zeplin
• Basic knowledge in HTML5 and CSS
• You have the feeling that your English is the cream of the crop, you know, we mean the yellow of the egg
• A good sense of humor. Please!
