As our Country Manager for Austria, you will be playing a critical role in Monta’s global expansion and ongoing success as the go-to software provider of choice for the EV charging industry. You will be responsible for local business development and operational activities including establishing and growing Monta’s brand in Austria, winning customers, ensuring the success of partner deployments, and building an efficient hub for Monta in Austria.
Roles amp; Responsibilities
- Be Monta’s first public face in Austria, which includes lots of presentations of our platform both online and onsite and everything from smaller housing associations to hotels, supermarkets and enterprises. Also you will be invited to seminars / webinars to present Monta to relevant actors in the charging industry of your market.
- Be responsible for initiating and developing partnerships in Austria, including nation-wide hardware manufacturers, installers and wholesalers to ensure Monta is pushed into the market across all major segments.
- Be responsible for reaching out to relevant site owners including golf clubs, restaurants and other companies that could benefit from our solution.
- Build strong relationships with partners to ensure their needs are well understood and met, and to ensure your opportunities and incoming leads translate to closed deals.
- Leverage existing / create presentations and sales materials you need to succeed in your market.
- Become an important part of the Monta team, where the feedback and knowledge you bring from your market will be crucial for our ongoing success in our ambitious global growth strategy.
- Be supported by the full staff in Ops, Marketing and Sales to help you succeed in building a strong customer base in Austria.
Requirements
- You are located in Austria
- You have a business development and / or hypergrowth startup background
- You have experience in the automotive industry
- You have 7 - 10 years’ experience
- You thrive in complexity and keeping all the balls in the air
- You get shit done - better amp; quicker than most
- You can speak German and English fluently both verbally and written and are used to answering inquiries
- You are an excellent communicator and team player, with a knack for always finding the right tone
- Bonus: Experience in the EV industry, with electric vehicles and charging them
