Requirements
- You are comfortable with engaging large social communities, on many levels.
- The prospect of leading and developing large brand communities on digital platforms motivates you.
- You are all set to engage real time listening, talking, discussing and responding with our clients’ communities daily.
- You have a passion for food amp; beverage clients as well as lifestyle and fashion.
- You understand the needs of fans and followers, and it's easy for you to respond with the right tone and moderate user requests.
- You have a perfect understanding of social media and digital trends and can react to them quickly.
- You think and act in a service-oriented way, managing multiple social media channels and tasks at the same time.
- User feedback is important to you and you like to work solution-oriented.
- It is a matter of course for you to work with Facebook, Instagram, Twitter amp; Co.
- You support the team with finding the right content-strategies and processes.
- You are a team player but can work independently as well.
- You are ready for a job-position that grants lot of freedom, but also requires a lot of flexibility.
- Your communication skills are excellent, as well as your German language skills.
