You are an enthusiastic and well organized self-starter with good time management skills and eager to deep-dive in performance marketing. You want to learn how to build and greatly expand advertising strategies, going beyond the standard tools and driving meaningful growth
As our future Performance Marketing Specialist, you are passionate about digital marketing and lower funnel strategies. You will build and expand conversion strategies within the digital environment and deep-dive in terms of data, analytics and reporting.
Requirements
- Support in the planning and execution of lead and conversion campaigns across social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.), search (Google Ads, Shopping, etc.) and other media platforms with a strong focus on the lower funnel (conversions).
- Manage the platform’s daily budgets, billing reconciliation and spend pacing in adherence to allocations and desired return.
- Maintain the KPI tracker for your clients on a regular basis.
- Perform various A/B tests and ROAS/ROI optimizations to increase the performance and maximize conversions, analyze the learnings and support with the future implementation.
- Analyze and report on performance and efficiency, find new opportunities to grow and ensure a data led approach to all activity, creating a clear test amp; learn strategy.
- Support and create internal and external presentations regarding trends, tracking solutions, general media topics and conversion driven strategies.
- Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Communicative, organised and solution-oriented personality with an analytical mindset.
- You are a team player but at the same time able to take action and work independently.
- Excellent German and English language skills.
- Previous experience in performance marketing is a plus.
