We are currently seeking an experienced VP Product to own and drive the next generation of our technology product suite Mobucks.
About the Role: This is a cross-functional role; You will be responsible to build your team of Product Owners/Product Managers and work closely with engineering, design, and finance, as well as business and delivery teams. After conducting your own research and making a comparative analysis you will be responsible to define the long-term product suite strategy and prioritize the changes and the implementation of the new sub-products and features. You will come up with a clear groupwide product roadmap that will include all sub-products, you will create product specifications amp; PRDs, MRDs, and will translate those into technical requirements, write themes, Epics, user stories, user acceptance criteria. Finally, you will be responsible to guide your team and work closely with the development team to deliver the roadmap as well as all the changes by prioritizing products, features, and requests. You will own the Mobucks Product Suite end-to-end by defining and safeguarding its roadmap, its vision, and its long-term strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct your own competitive and market analysis and work closely with the relevant teams to define and drive the Product’s strategy and come up with an operational roadmap
- Support our ambitious growth plans, by defining and prioritizing new products, features, modules, and market expansions with our platform strategy
- Be responsible and accountable to build out the platform teams to support the business and product objectives. Guide the teams to build and ship the changes and the product features as per your roadmap
- Translate the roadmap into use cases, mock-ups, write up Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) as well as product manuals
- Create and manage product backlogs
- Lead Agile ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Up, Review, and Retrospective)
- Build a go-to market strategy for the new products, features, modules, etc, as needed
- Define acceptance criteria and conduct user acceptance testing
- Define and measure business impact. Set performance KPIs and communicate them to the key stakeholders. Track and monitor performance.
- Provide product support and track customer feedback as needed
Requirements
- 5+ years in a product leadership role, ideally with a platform focus in the AdTech/MarTech space, or proven track of successfully delivering digital products within big enterprises
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a related discipline (Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Product, or similar)
- Understanding of the mobile advertising market, competition landscape, and industry trends is strongly valued
- understanding of the Ad Tech / Mar Tech space and previous experience with DSPs and SSPs platforms is strongly valued
- 3+ years working in agile environments
- Understanding of the software life-cycle and familiar with software development processes.
- Familiar with Product Framing. Opportunity Assessment. OKRs. KPIs. Target Markets. Expected Results.
- Experience working with Product Life-cycle Management tools (such as Jira, Asana, Confluence, etc) and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Tableau, QlikView, PowerBI, etc)
- Essential data analytics skills. Knows how to analyze and interpret raw and processed data
- Product Testing. Knows how to effectively run and interpret results of experiments. Is familiar with different testing techniques. Experience with A/B testing
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Strong business judgment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills an influencer, comfortable presenting ideas to other teams/roles
- Excellent command of the English language
The role requires frequent travels to our operational headquarters in Athens - Greece, where our Ramp;D team is based.
