Tasks and Responsibilities
- Supporting computers for qualification according to defined strategy
- User administration and support deployment of new tools
- Reporting periodically
- Performing system reviews and backups
- Support and customizing of existing installations in close coordination with our customers
- Close cooperation with product management, development and other specialist departments
- Planning and implementation of software rollouts and updates
- Responsible for carrying out assigned tasks
- Be willing to multitask and adapt work priorities to clients' needs
- Problem analysis and solution for IT problems of our clients
Requirements
- IT education or IT support and/or IT service desk skills are a plus
- More important to us than your exact career, however, is that you have relevant practical experience for the job, that you are enthusiastic, willing to learn and are passionate about IT
- You have a good technical and organizational understanding
- You enjoy working in multinational teams and know how to deal with sensitivity and openness towards cultural differences
- You are a service-oriented and motivated personality with excellent communication skills
- Collaborative and creative individual who owns and solves problems creatively, can communicate his/her ideas and results very effectively to colleagues and stakeholders
- Fluency in English and German (spoken and written)
- Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
