We are seeking an IT Engineer to be based in our Vienna office, where you will also be part of an experienced team, supporting users across all of our offices.

• Providing technical support to users within a MacOS and Windows environment.
• Administration and development of core company services.
• Deployment and administration of physical IT infrastructure across company sites.
• Ensuring all company devices adhere to defined Information Security Policies and Procedures.
• Maintaining inventory of company IT assets.
• Troubleshooting service disruptions.
• Assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
• Assisting with the roll out of new capabilities.
• Documenting workflows and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience of IT support in a mixed Mac and Windows estate within an Enterprise environment
• Experience with IT Infrastructure technologies like storage, virtualisation and networking.
• Ability to plan own time effectively able to prioritise key tasks, work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Knowledge of information security best practises.
• Comfortable working without supervision and prioritise effectively

Desirable Skills:

• Degree level qualification in Computer Science or related subject or equivalent industry experience.
• JAMF Pro or alternative MDM experience.
• Experience of administering SaaS environments.
• Switching amp; Firewall administration experience including Enterprise wireless.
• ITIL v3/v4 qualified.
