We’re seeking a Quality Management Assistant (m/f/d) for 10-20 hours per week for our local team in Vienna who will contribute to our mission by supporting the onboarding and training of new employees and keeping our quality documentation in a good shape. In addition to other benefits, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to gain insight into how a research laboratory operates and how to apply quality management to a fast-paced pharmaceutical development organisation.
As the Quality Management Assistant you will have the opportunity to:
- Collect and file documentation for maintaining our ISO 13485-based quality management system
- Formally review and format documents
- Enter and maintain quality related records in the databases
- Review checklists for quality related tasks
- Support the archiving of clinical study and quality related documentation
- Communicate and interact with other departments
Requirements
- Completed secondary school (Matura)
- Fluency in written and spoken English, fluency in German is desirable
- Interest in quality management in the laboratory and research area
- Independent, accurate and structured working style
- Sense of responsibility, flexibility and ability to work under pressure
Desirable:
- Education or experience in working with scientific data or databases
- Experience with Google suite, Mac operating system and/or Airtable
