What’s the role

As Field Marketing Manager DACH you will help PriceHubble expand its footprint in Germany, Austria and Switzerland through a regional demand generation strategy aimed to educate, engage and convert prospects in this region, in line with their specific needs and requirements. Maximize demand generation for key target personas through digital and traditional marketing channels. As Field Marketing Manager DACH you will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with the regional leads.

Responsibilities

Demand Generation:

  • Growth Marketing Strategy amp; Implementation: Create and execute a robust multi-channel marketing plan to meet DACH demand generation targets, raise market awareness and drive solution adoption across key use cases
  • Set up an integrated approach incorporating multiple marketing amp; comms tactics, including events, webinars, roundtables, content syndication, paid media, email marketing amp; automation etc.
  • Ensure PriceHubble’s messaging and positioning in the field marketing plan is aligned to the wider company go-to-market strategy
  • Develop campaign content across all customer journey touchpoints
  • Build audience, use case or industry specific nurture tracks and marketing automation to increase lead to SQL conversion rates
  • Optimize customer journey touchpoints in line with market findings and persona expectations across all channels
  • Track KPIs and report on DACH marketing performance on a regular basis
  • Become the go-to expert for the respective vertical, in addition to the regional role

Regional content creation (integrated campaigns):

  • Secure integrated marketing collaborations with event vendors including pre-during-post event promotion, joint content creation and relationship building with key thought leaders within the DACH market
  • Identify and implement regional content creation initiatives to align to specific local market needs and behavior across buyer persona and vertical market trends
  • Collaborate with local PR lead to leverage awareness opportunities as lead generation support
  • Engage key market influencers into join content creation initiatives

Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Serve as the liaison point for DACH Sales, SDR amp; CSM and Comms team members within the Marketing team
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to identify market segments and develop marketing programs that deliver success at each customer touchpoint and each stage of the buyer’s journey and to share best practices

Events (virtual/live/hybrid):

  • Plan and execute together with the event manager summits, roundtables, industry events, partner events and webinars, in order to create net-new sales opportunities, accelerate existing sales opportunities and deepen our customer amp; partner relationships.
  • Co-organize PriceHubble’s led events and webinars in partnership with external vendors, analysts or existing customers
  • Provide input on the optimization of event strategy to engage target audiences by the level and industry defined under PriceHubble’s ICP and target a mix of event formats

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing
  • 4+ years’ experience in field marketing in B2B (preferably SaaS) tech companies highly desired
  • Native German speaker, fluent in English, both written and verbal, both mandatory
  • Experience designing amp; executing integrated campaigns and digital demand generation programs
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and key lead gen KPIs
  • Strong analytical, storytelling and written/oral communications skills
  • Strong planning, project management and prioritization skills
  • Be able to quantify growth impact: lead generation amp; pipeline generation achievements per tactic and across the target market
  • Budget/vendor/agency management experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced and cross-functional organization
  • Experience in working with modern marketing stack and Salesforce as sales tracking platform a plus
  • Experience in real estate and/ or prop tech would be a plus
