- You will be a subject matter expert (SME) for our Mobile Wallet, acting as an ambassador for the product internally and externally and as the primary contact for business-related queries related to the product
- You will understand our corporate customers, their business challenges and their needs at a deep level and build strategies to ensure these customers benefit the most from our product
- You will build relationships within the wider Netcetera business (inc. marketing and sales) to support, develop and promote new features and enhancements to existing customers, demonstrating the value the product capabilities can bring to current and new customers, and how it can be monetized
- You will work alongside solution architects, UX/UI designers and developers to ensure requirements are technically feasible
- You will take an active role in the Agile Release Train and its regular meetings as a Product Management representative to coordinate planning and prioritisation of product-related features together with the Project Leads of the development teams
- You will understand how the product contributes to the customers vision and business strategy, using this information to contribute to the Product Roadmap
- Track and monitor core metrics for your area, and develop new business and customer value based measures of success together with the product team
Requirements
- This is a product manager role which requires hands-on experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner within a digital product space (minimum 2 years)
- Experience within a B2B capacity would be beneficial
- A proven track record in digital product management with particular emphasis developing products in the mobile application space
- Experience in banking/fintech/payment industry is a big plus
- Know how to manage complex topics, customers and multiple internal and external stakeholders to successfully bring value to our offering
- Experience in design thinking, lean product and agile methodologies is an advantage
- Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (economics, IT, etc.) or equivalent working experience.
- Excellent English skills, German is a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally (lt;10%)
