Lauda Europe is a Maltese Airline part of the Ryanair Group, which offers wet-lease and charter services. We are expanding our team and now seek for an Admin Assistant who will be based in our admin support office in Schwechat (Vienna, Austria).
The Role
The Admin Assistant will report to our General Manager Administration and is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and proactive individual to build their career in the dynamic aviation industry.
The successful candidate will be overseeing a broad range of all areas of the business such as;
• Administrative tasks including (but not limited to) minute taking, dictation, maintaining and filing both electronic and hardcopy.
• Collating data for weekly reports
• Scheduling meetings and overseeing management calendars
• Arrange detailed travel plans amp; itineraries and compile travel-related meetings.
• Maintaining shared documents via shared drives, Smartsheets, Power BI.
• Ad hoc duties as required by the needs of the business.
• Travel to our headquarters in Malta as required
Requirements
• You must hold the right to work amp; live in the EU.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills (C1+ or native speaker).
• Strong organisational amp; interpersonal skills.
• An efficient and methodical work ethic accuracy and attention to detail are essential.
• Ability to maintain organisation while effectively managing multiple tasks.
• The ability to meet tight deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
• High degree of professionalism and ability to handle highly confidential information.
• PC Skills (SAP, Word, Excel, Power point etc).
• And finally, you must be a team player with a good sense of humour!
