The Brand Manager develops specific marketing plans for the company's products. The Incumbent implements the marketing strategy as aligned with Global Product Management and supports the Commercial Operations Teams to leverage sales performance.
- Support CommOps Austria ln development of specific marketing plans for products
- Interpretation and translation of scientific clinical data in to commercial implications
- Conducts and managers primary and secondary market research projects, including labelling and advertising
- Analyses data and prepares presentations for CommOPS Austria with strategic recommendations
- Provides marketing insight and direction to optimize new product launches
- A-Z organization of Comm Ops Events, such as congresses, customer events ln alignment with Key Account Manager and Head of CommOPs Austria
- Support in organization of global marketing/ commercial meetings and trainings for products
- Providing marketing and promotion materials and strategic direction to the sales organization
- Partnering cross functionally with sales, pricing, medical, operations and other relevant departments to ensure optimal support for the product and optimized competitive position
- Acts as product leader by developing and continuously updating knowledge on therapy, product and market
- Research study on local basis in alignment with global strategy
- Customer Segmentation
- IH Tool Analysis
- Ensure business and legal compliance in all matters and processes, and ensure timely compliance training conduction and participation
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-3 years of life science experience along with broad understanding in the areas of marketing and sales structure and dynamics in Austria
- Documented track record of success in product amp; life cycle management and in leading/designing communications and advertising strategies targeting patients, consumers (DTC) considered an asset
- Multi-channel direct marketing experience
- Preferably bachelor’s degree in marketing or life sciences
- Outstanding communication skills
- Used to work in challenging fast changing environment
- Excellent compliant behavior and role model
- Able to work with a wide variety of people in an effective manner
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and German including the ability to clearly translate and effectively communicate issues which would impact business
- Project management ability to allow structured project definition and follow
- Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear and easy to use Information
- Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
- Knowledge of and experience working in vaccines an asset
- Ability to generate new concepts and ideas which improve understanding of a situation and/or create competitive advantage
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
- Successful launch of a major brand an asset

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is 55.000,- gross per year based on full-time employment. However our salaries are market oriented and in line with your qualifications and experience.
