You want to support companies by optimising customer experience or even more, by making the whole business tangible through every single interaction. You have a strong business mindset, a hands-on attitude and love all sorts of digital, interdisciplinary and interpersonal challenges. Requirements
- Ability to flourish in a hands-on culture and ready to take on full ownership of assigned clients and projects.
- Being able to set up and facilitate collaborative processes within interdisciplinary stakeholders groups.
- Consult organisations on digital ecosystems and suggest strategies even without a clear briefing.
- Proved skills to create digital strategies, business plans, information architectures, wireframes, user journeys, and click flows.
- You can clearly summarise client expectations into succinct design and development briefings.
- Experience in product management for digital ecosystems including websites, eCom, event platforms, digital POS, Apps and/or Web-Apps.
- Education, background and track record in technology, design or business.
- Knowledge of tracking and data-driven UI/UX improvement.
- Love to work collaboratively and on eye level with international clients and within an international team.
- You are a quick learner and eager to expand your knowledge base.
- You have at least 5 years of relevant experience.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
