We are looking for an part-time Office Cleaner to take care of our facilities and carry out cleaning and maintenance duties in our Vienna office. You will work closely together with our Office Management and support to make sure our office is in a top condition.
The goal is to keep our office space, kitchens, and restrooms looking their best all the time. If you have love for detail and can help our space to always be a good environment, then we’d love to have you join the LOOP Team.
Requirements
- Clean, stock and supply designated facility areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc).
- You have to manage the stock and maintain supply rooms.
- You have to notify our Office Management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs.
- You have to follow all health and safety regulations.
- Building a close relationship with the Office Management and cooperate with the rest of the staff to ensure a smooth running of the office.
- You have good knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
- You are familiar with material safety data sheets.
- You have good time management and excellent organizational skills.
- You are a team player and open minded.
- You have a proactive, reliable and a responsive personality.
- Fluent German and English language skills.
- Driving licence B is a plus.
