About the role:
- Assist the HR team in various HR related tasks and initiatives.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of employment contracts, as well as reference letters and other HR related documents for employees.
- Keep our People Management System up to date and be the main point of contact for handling system related questions.
- Verify and confirm employee time reporting to ensure accurate payroll processing.
- Coordinate and support the implementation of global projects and initiatives.
- Plan and implement projects and measures to improve working conditions with the goal of contributing to employee engagement.
Requirements
- Have some professional experience in HR is a plus.
- Knowledge of basic labor law regulations is a plus.
- Possess strong organizational skills and great attention to detail.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Service and people-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Salary: according to 9 para. 2 GlBG: The minimum basic salary according to IT-KV is 2,112.00 gross / month for full-time employment. The actual salary depends on education, qualification and experience.
